UNIVERSITY RESEARCH
Our cascara has been studied for over a decade. Its nutritional profile was analyzed by CITA (Centro Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología de Alimentos) at the Universidad de Costa Rica, an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited food laboratory.
PESTICIDE RESIDUE SCREENING
Each harvest is screened by an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory using GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS multi-residue methods. Our most recent analysis found no residues within the analyzed spectrum.
PREMIUM & LAB-TESTED
Extended dehydration, independent testing and protective packaging make this a premium, lab-tested cascara for food and beverage use.
